DESMA SmartLine raises the machine and plant uptime by reducing production downtimes significantly. At the same time, SmartLine contributes to increase efficiency and productivity as well as value creation. In case of a technical problem, the corresponding circuit diagrams of the machine can be exchanged digitally via the DESMA Conference Center. As a result, travel times and salaries for service technicians can be saved for example. Furthermore it is possible to arrange for an online technician to perform current software updates directly via the DESMA Service Cockpit.
