GLOBAL MACHINE CONDITION MONITORING
DESMA SmartFocus enables the acquisition of production and process data, the linking of analogue and digital values and the performance of time analysis. The data is summarized, crucial values are extracted using combinations and rules and and were made available locally for the machine operator. The operator can thereby monitor all machines through live visualization or actively involve the manufacturer in the monitoring process. Charting provides the machine operator with important production parameters and therefore an optimal basis for decision-making and further operations.
The functions can be called up from central computers or platform independent via SmartApp. Deviating production parameters are thus quickly identified – and can be implemented immediately from anywhere. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness or OEE analysis further evaluates the overall system effectiveness in terms of quality, availability and performance. Reporting shows individual or all machines and components as well as current trends in plant efficiency. Deviations from target states can be quickly identified and corrected – thereby ensuring constant product quality.
The information collected and documented is encrypted to ensure data security. Moreover, DESMA can only access data that have been specifically made available for DESMA.
